STEP 1: PICK AN OPTION
A face to face discussion with our builders will kick off the process to give you understanding of what you can and can't do with your renovation.
We'll tell you about our previous experience in similiar renovations and how to maximise your bang for buck with the space you have available. During this time you can ask any and all questions, so you can rest assured your renovation is in good hands.
STEP 2: SURVEYING (EXTENSION)
Surveyors and Soil testers will assess your property so our engineer can determine the specifications and guidelines applied to the construction of the new extended structure.
STEP 3: DESIGN AND STYLE
Speak with our builders and our drafts-man about the materials, design style and layout you'd like to implement in your renovation.
STEP 4: PLANNING AND CONTRACT
Our drafts-man will provide you with concept drawings, a full set of builders plans, and we'll work at laying out the costs of your renovation for a final contract signing.
STEP 5: RENOVATION UNDERWAY
Our builders will start your project and we'll provide and manage other contractors such as Tilers, Plumbers and Electricians. At each major stage of the project we'll personally discuss with you what we've done and what we plan to do. This includes:
1. Site Set Out & Foundation
2. Demolition & Frame: Any demolition required, and the construction of the new renovated space or extension.
3. Lock-up: Ensuring the renovation or extension reaches ‘lock-up’ stage (with a roof and walls).
4. Fit Out: "Finish" work done in the interior of your renovation, which may be the fitting of fixtures (shower heads, taps, toilets) or installation of timber trims.
